ABPA's Secure Web Service for Electronic Report Submittal
ABPA provides Employers with the opportunity to upload and track electronic reports for employee hours and wages. Employers who use a payroll administration service have expressed their preference to exchange electronic files with ABPA through a secure website.
After submitting hours and wage reports through SecureSend, the employer can send payments through one of the approved methods, including electronic funds transfer, direct deposit or check.
SecureSend includes a digital library that allows employers access to electronic files previously submitted for at least three months. ABPA reconciles employer reports with all payments to ensure accuracy and facilitate timely updates.
To speed up processing and reduce errors, ABPA prefers to receive employer hours and wage reports using an ABPA Standardized Employer Reporting Format. Even if you are using software such as Microsoft Access or Excel, ABPA will help you prepare these files in the
ABPA Standardized Employer Reporting Format.
SecureSend includes these features:
- Password protected access
- Encryption for processing electronic files
- Retention of files for at least 90 days
- Email notification of all transactions
- Compliant with applicable privacy and security regulations for data transmission (HIPAA, SAS70)
