ABPA processes and systems adhere to the Trust Fund's policy regarding identification and collection of delinquent accounts. ABPA's Employer Reports and Remittance Processing System automatically produces appropriate notices based on employer status. Our Collection Division follows Trust Fund policies to ensure a high collection ratio. In instances where a referral is made, we work closely with Trust Fund's Collection Counsel to ensure that the cases are transferred to them accurately in a timely manner.
