ABPA provides end-to-end administration services for voluntary benefit offerings outside of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Voluntary benefit services may include disability, supplemental life, dental plans, catastrophic coverage and Green initiatives. Voluntary benefits administration is integrated into ABPA's Benefits Administration System. This allows us to manage deductions based on elections, make premium payments, reconcile accounts and provide reporting to our clients. If allowed by their benefit plan, employees can contact us to change elections and we can provide electronic notification of such changes.
